After reading the title of our article you may be wondering, what is a digital nomad?
At present there are many people who choose not to be anchored to a place, lovers of travel and enemies of monotony, who one day decided to break with canons of society and take advantage of the advantages offered by new technologies to work from any corner of the world.
Antonio Fernández Vicente, professor of the University of Murcia, defines it as:
“A digital nomad is a professional who uses new technologies to work, and who carries out a nomadic lifestyle. Typically, digital nomads work remotely (from home, cafeterias or public libraries) rather than in a stable work environment.”
Digital nomadism is a phenomenon that is gradually becoming more adept in our society. Many are those who leave aside their endless hours of work in an office and have launched into the adventure of this new lifestyle.
