Exploring the "I" between fiction and reality
Verónika Márquez is a Uruguayan artist based both in Madrid and New York. Works with new media, photography, video and performance, capturing her past experiences in a mixture between fantasy and real world. Enjoys the creation process from a non-pretentious point of view, sliding in the shocking truth which may be too difficult to swallow for the average viewer.
Website development based on Drupal and with a minimalistic touch inspired in art galleries, since her work must stand out from the rest. To achieve this we cleared almost all elements on the page and used instead a dropdown menu through a ‘hamburger’ icon.
