Platform for online claims

Reclaim is an online platform claims to facilitate and save users the red tape in claiming different administrative cases. Corporate Identity

When building the brand, we set out to create a name and a logo to convey the concept of claims, reviewing and resolving a situation that we consider unjust. It was not easy because it is a somewhat peculiar concept of transmitting, but it can be communicated. We considered the idea of doing something for others without having the affected person to worry about it. We also use the concept of leaving something as it was before or somehow very close to it, which ended up seeing reflected in the logo and style. The name and claim refer to the objective of the tool and brand: claim and defend. Two steps that go together and are transmitted to the client as soon as he come in contact with the brand

 

Drupal 7 + Ubercart

For the architecture, we propose a solution based on Drupal 7 with a very simple operation based on views that generate lists of claims. When creating the different assembly methods, claims data were used as the web needs both to collect customer data and claims data. All this added to the final billing data collected by the Ubercart account. For this was merged into a single node a system custom Webforms for web managers, which are automatically attached to Ubercart, so the  capture of data requested  by the web  is not hard for the customer.

For the payment of the claims, a web-gateway Redsys was settled with SHA256 encryption system that admits charges in credit or debit card, we consider open the possibility of other payment methods in the future.

Finally, we took into account the needs of administrators of the web, and to facilitate subsequent to the request of the claim negotiations, an automatic generation of official forms created for them in the present government. So that the data provided by the customer during their application are added by themselves to these custom forms. With only two clicks, everything is ready for automated management.

To enhance the search engine optimization and customer approach, Reclaim also has a blog that provides useful information to anyone visiting the website. The main subjects offered by this blog are related to the types of claims that can be made in Spain to government institutions and behavior of citizens when claiming. Always from a point of view closer to users. You can also find current issues with system failures that cost money and that citizens are likely to be claimed.

In addition, with the information tool, the web has implemented a system of newsletters with MailChimp, one of the most important and powerful platforms in the world for sending corporate mailing. This tool aims to have informed customers of the database with the latest blog articles and new types of claims available.
